Tom Kunkle joined the CofC math department in August, 1991.  

Education

Ph.D., Mathematics, University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1991.

B.A., Mathematics and Economics, Kent State University, 1984.

Research Interests

Dr. Kunkle's research has been in multivariate approximation theory.  He's written papers on multivariate divided differences,  polynomial interpolation, splines, and an interpolation problem of Favard.
