This conference will provide a forum for undergraduates to present results from their undergraduate research experiences. It will give students an opportunity to demonstrate to graduate school recruiters and potential employers their ability to present and explicate their research in advanced mathematics. And finally it will help generate interest in research in mathematics among undergraduates.
Travel Information:
For those flying in, there is an airport in North Charleston, SC - Airlines serving this airport are U.S. Airways, Air Canada, Independence Air, United Airlines, Continental Airlines, Mesa Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and Delta. The distance from the airport to the College of Charleston is approximately 10 miles and takes about 15-20 minutes to drive. A taxi drive from the airport to the College of Charleston, is around $20-30.
